Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Warraich Meats. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a hot kitchen environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands.
