Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a restaurant setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
