Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
