We are seeking highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Document Digitizers for a long-term 12-month contract at one of Toronto's leading law firms. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional and dynamic environment, immersing yourself in the world of document management and digital transformation.

About the Role

We require two skilled professionals to scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into a seamless digital system. As a Document Digitizer, you will be responsible for:

  • Scanning paper documents and records using high-speed scanners
  • Organizing and preparing documents for scanning, ensuring proper order and alignment
  • Ensuring scanned files are clear, legible, and free of errors
  • Labeling and tagging files with appropriate metadata for easy retrieval
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, ensuring proper care of scanning equipment

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or technical training an asset)
  • Proven experience in scanning, digitizing, or document management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital file management (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Good physical stamina for handling and organizing paper documents
