Job Title: Sales Coordination Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordination Specialist to join our team at Johnston Equipment. As a Sales Coordination Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of sales orders and related activities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, revise, and manage sales orders in our system to maintain accuracy.
  • Add all necessary documentation to sales orders, including backup documentation and lease documentation.
  • Request and obtain delivery information from sales representatives prior to arranging delivery.
  • Invoice customers and distribute documents to relevant departments.
  • Generate manual invoice requests as needed.
  • Scan and follow up on missing documents, and take action as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including Smart Sheets.
  • Create transfers between branches as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage wholesale and rental on-site orders, including entering, revising, and managing orders in our system.
  • Obtain and confirm delivery information from sales representatives prior to arranging delivery.
  • Create invoice packages and distribute as needed.
  • Generate manual invoice requests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including Smart Sheets.
  • Create transfers between branches as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in an office environment with minimal exposure to disagreeable conditions or hazards.
  • May involve occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects.
