Job Title: Sales Coordination Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordination Specialist to join our team at Johnston Equipment. As a Sales Coordination Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of sales orders and related activities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry and Management: Enter, revise, and manage sales orders in our system to maintain accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation and Administration: Add backup documentation to sales orders, request lease documentation as needed, and create purchase orders for new sales and services.
  • Customer Communication: Obtain and confirm delivery information with sales representatives, invoice customers, and distribute documents to relevant departments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, create transfers between branches as needed, and perform other duties related to inventory management.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the sales team, including bankruptcy retrievals, lease returns, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Office setting with occasional travel to customer sites
  • Physical Demands: Moderate effort required, including standing, driving, and lifting objects
  • Sensory Demands: Considerable effort required, including precision work and report writing
