Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10163629 MANITOBA LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to meet business objectives.
  • Scheduling and Workload Management: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient workload distribution.
  • Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and address supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Manage cash handling procedures, maintain a secure store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
