Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that inventory is accurately tracked.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, including payroll, inventory, and other expenses, to ensure that the store operates within budget.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, initiative, and ability to multitask.
