About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 10163629 MANITOBA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Transactions: Accurately process cash, cheque, and credit/debit card payments, and handle returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure that the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas of the store are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues: Collaborate with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, attention to detail, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
