Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to allocate material, human, and financial resources effectively.
  • Prioritize and authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in resource allocation, management, and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
