We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Brand Marketing Director to join our team at Smart, Savvy + Associates in Vancouver, BC.

About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position that requires working 5 days a week at our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing new marketing initiatives to elevate our clients' profiles and brands.
  • Expanding brand awareness through various print and digital media channels, both paid and organic.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advise on and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Leading website refresh projects to improve user journeys.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to support internal brand advocacy and referrals from our network.
  • Creating and overseeing digital communications, including social media, email newsletters, and digital signage.
  • Crafting content to support new talent recruitment locally and internationally.
  • Coaching and mentoring one direct report.
  • Engaging with external contractors and consultants for various projects.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of successful brand marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills, built from experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • A visionary approach to marketing and communications, with an eye for design and deep understanding of appealing brands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated understanding of diversity and the importance of an inclusive community.
