Flying Colours Corp - FCCN is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of machined parts.
Key Responsibilities- Programming and Operation: Program CNC machines using Mastercam and/or Fusion, and operate them to produce high-quality machined parts.
- Quality Control: Verify settings, measure positions, and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and adjust controls as needed.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records, document actions, and communicate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attend training sessions, and participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant CNC experience, including experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, Fusion, Solidworks, and/or Mastercam.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of MRP systems and Corridor software a plus.
- Education: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
