CNC Programmer / Operator Job Description

Flying Colours Corp. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently producing machined parts using computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program CNC machines using Mastercam and/or Fusion to produce machined parts.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards, keeping records and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
  • Optimize programs and daily production runs to ensure CNC machines are properly utilized.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant CNC experience, including experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, Fusion, Solidworks, and/or Mastercam.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of an MRP system.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Knowledge of Corridor software.
