About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team at PHSA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data analytics efforts and providing strategic guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance on data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for business improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics and/or the health information field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results through data-driven decision making.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
