We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping us provide a hassle-free, honest, and transparent environment for our guests and team. You will be committed to helping us achieve our goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
- Attend factory-sponsored and dealer-specified training classes as scheduled by management.
- Answer customer service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries.
- Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.
- Keep customers updated by phone as to the progress of their vehicle's delivery.
- Account for all documents; Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Excellent management support and guidance.
