Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Drivemuskoka. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate, finance, and incentive programs.
  • Project a positive attitude and provide excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work effectively without supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Attend training classes and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide competitive and reasonable car quotes.
  • Keep clients updated on the progress of their vehicle's delivery and inform them when vehicles are ready to be picked up.
  • Recommend purchases and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding late vehicle deliveries.
  • Comply with strict regulations and requirements of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • OMVIC Certification required within the first 2 weeks of hiring.
  • Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
  • Valid Class 'G' Ontario driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
  • Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
  • Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Well-spoken, friendly, and articulate.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.
