About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating complex claims, assessing coverage liability, and damages while working directly with third parties and counsel to drive the claim to conclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly investigate and evaluate complex claims situations
- Manage stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions
- Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule
- Provide a great customer experience
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-focused program or related program
- Completed or working towards the CIP designation
- A minimum of 1-3 years of Claims Adjusting experience
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
