Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor to join our team in Iringa, Tanzania.

About the Role:

As the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan for the SHARE project in Iringa, Tanzania. You will work closely with the project team to design and implement data collection tools, conduct regular data quality assessments, and provide capacity building to local partners on monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan for the SHARE project
  • Design and implement data collection tools and conduct regular data quality assessments
  • Provide capacity building to local partners on monitoring and evaluation
  • Conduct regular visits to field sites to provide assistance and ensure proper monitoring of project activities
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and local partners to build their capacity to carry out monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Produce high-quality and timely MEAL reports for Cuso International and project partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Development, Statistics, Public Policy, Demographics, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of work experience in an M&E position
  • 2-3 years of work experience in project management, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in women and youth empowerment projects
  • Facilitation and training skills; experience in development and delivering workshops
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Experience in project management delivery
