Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at Dayforce Canada Ltd. As a Business Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our business systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Manage budgets and plan projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in business systems implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems, human resources software, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
