Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at ASR INNOVATIONS INC. As a Business Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and document them to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and ensure that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
