Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at ASR Innovations Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business systems and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and conduct usability testing.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.

Requirements:

  • Agile knowledge and experience with Jira, Workday, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
