Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Internal Solutions Support team as a Temporary Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our members and colleagues with their needs and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our Internal Solutions Centre team, including troubleshooting, research assistance, and member transaction support.
  • Identify and handle risks proactively, ensuring the security and integrity of our member's financial information.
  • Administer GL reconciliations, remittances, report review, and balancing to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members, retail branches, and corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge, and feedback.
  • Research and identify solutions that meet our members' needs and improve their financial well-being.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, communication, and organizational skills.
