About the Role

CQ Search Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to lead key initiatives in business analysis and architecture, with a focus on projects utilizing.NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Comprehensive Business Analysis Efforts: Define project scope, business requirements, and objectives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Understand business needs, conduct gap analysis, and ensure clear communication between business units and IT teams.
  • Develop Business Architecture Documentation: Create process flows, business models, and system diagrams to support business analysis and architecture initiatives.
  • Liaise between Business Units and IT Teams: Ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals, facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and workshops.
  • Manage JAD Sessions and Workshops: Gather and validate requirements, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged in the development process.
  • Translate Business Needs into Functional Specifications: Work closely with development teams on.NET-based projects to ensure accurate translation of business needs.
  • Create and Maintain Detailed Documentation: Develop business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans to support project delivery.
  • Support Project Management Activities: Create project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze and Recommend Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and systems, providing guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and project team members.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business analysis and business architecture.
  • Experience working on projects utilizing.NET technologies, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate JAD sessions, workshops, and other collaborative meetings.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture concepts, including business processes, models, and systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including.NET framework, Azure, and related platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project.
  • Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
