Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Lorven Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting business requirements, creating detailed specifications, and managing best practices to ensure successful IT project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document business requirements through workshops, document analysis, and interviews
  • Create detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage best practices and ensure their implementation
  • Understand the effects of technology on business operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status
  • Review and provide feedback on UI/UX designs
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design improvements
  • Regularly report project status and progress

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
  • Experience with web solution design, REST API-based, and microservices
  • Good understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM)
  • Requirements elicitation techniques: workshops, document analysis, interviews
  • Requirements documentation through user stories and SRS
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills
  • Good experience with data visualization tools and technical skills (UML)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical background
  • Risk domain knowledge with past experience in building data pipelines
