About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient business systems and processes to support our core organizational functions and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement business solutions to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new business systems and processes.
  • Continuously analyze and document business requirements and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and processes in a large-scale banking context.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of business process management and improvement methodologies.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CBA, etc.).
  • Experience with business process modeling and simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
