Job Title: PhysiotherapistWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, assessing and treating out-patient MSK injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and treat out-patient MSK injuries using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing e-charting software to document sessions and recommendations
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless care and communication
- Supervise Physiotherapy students and delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
- 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
