Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Ontario INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to greenhouse maintenance, crop care, and plant production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste.
  • Perform crop care tasks, such as watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants.
  • Assist with planting, transplanting, and harvesting crops.
  • Operate equipment, such as chain saws and garden tractors, as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in agriculture or horticulture an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions. The work will be performed outdoors in a rural area, with exposure to various weather conditions.
