Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Ontario INC.

Work Environment

Our greenhouse production facility is located in a rural area and operates in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.

Job Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain crops, including weeding and pruning
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas
  • Mix and apply fertilizers and insecticides
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in horticulture or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
