Job Title: Specialty Food Store Barista

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Rosedale's Finest Specialty Foods. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks and coffee.
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Barista or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
