Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile Ltd. in Calgary. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, promoting inside sales from our showroom, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Meet and exceed customers' expectations by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Support the sales team with monthly follow-up on orders to ensure timely completion
  • Assist customers with their selections in the showroom and provide samples as needed
  • Enter customer information into our shared excel showroom tracker and maintain showroom display boards
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service/call centre experience, preferably in a distribution environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
