About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts Inc. as a Lead Product Manager - Live Services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing live content, stories, and features that maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout the product cycle in any FC mode.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and engagement in our live services, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality live content, including stories, features, and events.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize live service performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong background in live services.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful live services, with a focus on acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for games and live services, with a player-first mentality and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with live service console and/or mobile games, with a focus on delivering and maintaining successful products through the product life cycle.
  • Knowledge of game development and live service operations, including game design, art, audio, and programming.
  • Understanding of data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making, with experience in using data to inform product decisions.
