Your ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Lead Production Manager to oversee the production processes, enabling our talented teams to excel in their roles. This position will involve:
- Managing timelines - Collaborate with various team leads to define and organize the workflow for the team. Develop and maintain schedules that prioritize asset delivery while meeting our quality standards.
- Ensuring effective communication - Maintain open lines of communication with the production team and other departments, providing updates on project status, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively addressing challenges - Identify potential issues and propose solutions before they escalate. Take ownership of your responsibilities and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Adapting to production needs - Be flexible in addressing the requirements of various teams, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining strong communication through various channels.
- Facilitating operational processes - Organize team meetings, conduct reviews, and provide actionable feedback. Assist with task management and tracking.
- Experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams in the execution of complex projects.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Self-motivated with a creative and methodical approach to overcoming obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to balance rapid development cycles with long-term strategic goals.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with financial services or project management methodologies is advantageous.
