About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Chow Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
  • Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implement events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
