About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dining Room Server to join our team at Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, present menus, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Order Taking and Delivery: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Payment and Settlement: Present bills to customers, accept payment in various forms, and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn our systems and procedures.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy throughout the shift.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, and a team player attitude.
