Job Title: Dining Room Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Server to join our team at Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train

Work Setting: Restaurant

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, work under pressure

Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, team player
