Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager with Western Financial Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets, while focusing on employee engagement and client retention. Your expertise in insurance will be essential in developing and executing business strategies, budgeting, and sales initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a General Insurance Level 2 License, supervisory experience leading teams to meet sales targets, and experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management. You will also need to be passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
