Branch Manager

We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting your team to achieve sales targets, while focusing on employee engagement and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and coaching to your team, identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Develop and execute business, budget, and sales strategies to drive results
  • Champion and communicate corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures
  • Review and complete audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous self-development

Requirements

  • General Insurance Level 2 License
  • Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets
  • Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management
  • Industry-related associations and community involvement
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
  • Passion for helping others, self-driven, and determined to succeed
