About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance and coaching to your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  2. Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Champion and communicate corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless implementation.
  4. Review and complete audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence to ensure compliance and quality.
  5. Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through industry-related courses and community involvement.

Requirements

  1. General Insurance Level 2 License required.
  2. Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets.
  3. Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
  4. Involvement in industry-related associations and community activities.
  5. Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
  6. Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000, 3 weeks' vacation, 14 paid wellness days, company matching investment and savings programs, and 100% employer-paid group benefits.
