Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Staff Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
