About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Tapestery Collection By Hilton. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Laundry and Linen: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as restock linen closets with clean towels and toiletries.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy objects.
