Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Tapestery Collection By Hilton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare guest rooms for arrival, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
