About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires adaptability, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for our clients. Your strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft Office programs will be essential in delivering prompt and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for LAN, Desktop, and server devices
  • Maintain enterprise Microsoft environments
  • Create and manage tickets using service desk software
  • Respond to incoming emails and calls for technical support

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for IT and a desire to learn more about it. You'll need to have a college certificate or diploma in information technology and/or relevant experience and industry certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
