Shift Manager

DP Square Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and sales reports to drive business growth and profitability.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of food service staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
