Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, and ensure that financial goals are met.
- Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work schedule will be 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
