We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at DP Square Inc.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
- Team player with initiative and dependability.
