About the Role

Astellas Pharma Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business & Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the effective use of SAP Concur technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP Concur solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes and technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and project plans.
  • Provide training and support to users on SAP Concur solutions and business processes.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that SAP Concur solutions meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related field, with a strong track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP Concur technology, including configuration, testing, and integration with other systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
