Business Analyst, SAP P2P Specialist

Astellas Canada is seeking a Business & Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key player in our digital initiatives, you will drive our agile organization forward by analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
This multifaceted role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the business goals and user needs. You will work at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions and have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in your field.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and define requirements for solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that guide the development of software applications, systems, or processes.
- Work with Digital and software development teams to design solutions that fulfill business requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather feedback and consensus.
- Participate in the testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and standards.
