Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our computer hardware and software systems, resolving technical issues with stakeholder accounts, company software, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain computer networks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain secure and compliant
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical support or IT services environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Licensing and software systems
  • Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, software, cabling, installation, networking, and security
  • Proven ability to manage time, multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in Computer Science, Systems Administration, or equivalent experience/education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ability to provide recommendations
  • Solution engineering experience
