Salary

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus benefits. In addition, we offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time service providers.*

Job Description

">

As an Occupational Therapist at CRS, you will assess and provide consultation, recommendations, and interventions to diverse clients in their homes, using evidence-based best practices. You will ensure coordinated delivery of care through ongoing communication with the client care team regarding plans and schedules for interventions, problem-solve in collaboration with the client and care team to create opportunities for more independence, and promote CRS's core beliefs and values.

Key Areas of Accountability

  • ">
  • Assess and implement occupational therapy interventions in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards established by VHA and the relevant regulatory college.">
  • Implement client interventions based on assessment information, client input, and in conjunction with the client's integrated care plan.">
  • Ensure that services provided are best practice, evidence-based, and evaluated through the routine use of valid and reliable outcome measures.">
  • Ensure coordinated delivery of care through ongoing communication with all members of the client's team regarding plans and schedules for interventions.">
  • Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and discharge summaries of interventions as required by the profession, referral source, and the organization.">
  • Support safe client care through the development of knowledge and skills in accordance with our principles of continuous quality improvement.">

Required Qualifications

  • ">
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school of Occupational Therapy.">
  • Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.">
  • Valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle.">
  • Compassionate and empathetic.">
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently.">
  • Skilled in caseload management.">
  • Skilled at electronic documentation.">
  • Able to provide virtual care.">
  • A registered ADP authorizer.">
