Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, resolving product-related issues and concerns.

  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing solutions to their technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our service center network, providing technical assistance and training to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the power equipment industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and the target language (Spanish, French, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of power equipment, including small engines, generators, and other related products.
