- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing solutions to their technical issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our service center network, providing technical assistance and training to ensure seamless customer support.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the power equipment industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and the target language (Spanish, French, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of power equipment, including small engines, generators, and other related products.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
